In 2025, Sesame Place Philadelphia marked two key milestones. On March 29, the park officially launched the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower program, becoming the first theme park in North America to implement it.
At the same time, the park began celebrating its 45th anniversary with festive décor and the debut of the new Sesame Street Birthday Parade. The season also introduced extended summer evening hours with encore parades and a special back-to-school dining event in August.
