Conneaut Lake Park’s 2023 season featured two major operational events. The park hosted the 814 Takeover truck show from July 28 to 30, bringing vehicle exhibitions and related activities to the grounds.
Later in the year, the park held its annual Fall Pumpkin Fest, offering rides, food vendors, crafts, and family-friendly entertainment throughout the festival period. Both events contributed to the park’s seasonal programming and visitor engagement schedule.

What happened to the Blue Streak roller coaster?
The Blue Streak roller coaster at Conneaut Lake Park was destroyed by fire on January 4, 2022, during its demolition. The blaze broke out when a controlled burn near the site got out of hand, and firefighters later razed the remaining structure. Built in 1938, the wooden coaster had closed after the 2019 season and was one of the oldest in the United States before its loss.
