Phoenix Zoo Map and Brochure (2021 – 2025)

Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Years Active: 1962 – Active

The Phoenix Zoo isn’t just a place to see animals – it’s been a Phoenix institution for over 60 years! They’re all about showing how we’re connected to the amazing wildlife around us. Get ready for some seriously up-close animal encounters.

You’ve got to see the Africa Trail. Lions, giraffes… the whole crew is there. But for something a little different, the Tropics Trail is a blast. Monkeys swinging, parrots squawking – it’s like a mini-jungle. Did you know they help protect some seriously endangered critters too? Check out the tigers and wolves – they’re always impressive.

Go early or stay late. The animals are way more active when it’s not so crowded and hot. And ZooLights in the winter? Forget about it! It’s the most magical holiday light show in the city.
