Bellevue Berry & Pumpkin Ranch isn’t your picture-perfect, manicured farm. It’s real Nebraska – a little dusty, a bit muddy, and full of genuine country charm. This family-run spot has been around since ’85, so they know their stuff. They don’t just do pumpkins – think juicy strawberries in the summer and sweet corn too.
The pumpkin patch is a must, obviously. But here’s an insider tip: go early in the season for the prime pickings. The corn maze? It’s seriously tough. Last year, some folks got lost for hours! Don’t miss the petting zoo – the goats are hilarious and will try to eat your shirt!
The Harvest Festival is the big event. It gets crowded, but it’s worth it. Live music, pie-eating contests, local vendors…the whole shebang! If you want a quieter experience, go during the week. You might even be able to help the farmers with chores.
