Think less luxury, more laid-back fun. It’s huge, so if you want a secluded getaway, this isn’t it. But families love it!
Here’s the deal: the beach is awesome, the marina’s well-equipped, and the food’s decent. Want a fancy meal? Head into Newport Beach proper. But for kayaking, paddleboarding, or just chilling in the sand, it’s perfect. They run loads of events, too – some are super cheesy, but others are surprisingly cool.
Weekdays are way quieter than weekends. Like, a totally different experience.
Parking’s a pain – but there’s a little lot down the road a lot of people don’t know about.
