Wild Waterworks Map and Brochure (2014 – 2024)
Location: Hamilton, Canada
Years Active: 1999 – Active
Wild Waterworks – Hamilton’s go-to spot for getting soaked. It’s old-school, and honestly, some of the rides are showing their age. But who cares when you’re screaming down the Sidewinder slide? Expect crowds on weekends, but it’s worth it for that classic water park experience.
Don’t waste money on pricey park food. Pack your own feast and snag a picnic table by the wave pool. The lazy river is surprisingly chill – grab a floatie and zone out for a while.
Need a break from the chlorine? Confederation Park has awesome trails right next to the water park. They even host a few outdoor concerts in the summer – score some cheap tickets if you plan ahead.
Wild Waterworks isn’t going to win any awards for innovation, but it’s a guaranteed good time. Just don’t expect some kind of luxury water resort – it’s loud, a bit chaotic, and absolutely perfect for beating the heat.
